Founded in 1996 by life-long advocate of experiential learning, Peter Wilson and his dedicated team of instructors, the Actual Reality Learning and Leadership Company provides innovative and adventurous learning experiences for the education, industry and adventure tourism sectors.

Their programmes are designed to encourage individuals to challenge themselves in safe and controlled environments and advocate the success of the individual through group endeavour. The organisation is characterised by a uniquely talented team of individuals drawn from a wide range of senior positions within the worlds of commerce, industry, education and HM Forces. All instructing staff hold national governing body qualifications for programmed activities and have been trained in industry standard review and tutoring techniques.
